We called him on Wednesday, and he was here the following Monday.  We could not have asked for a better person to inspect our home before our 1-year warranty on our new home expires.  Chris was so patient with our questions and concerns.  From the start it was evident to us that we made the right choice in selecting Chris to inspect our home.  I have never seen such a dedicated inspector.  I have seen many of them and how they disregard very important things, not Chris. He explains what he is doing or going to do before he starts each inspection. Chris crawled in small tight spaces that most would not and was very cool, calm and collected when doing so.  He never rushed through anything while he was here and truly performed his job with a smile.  For that we are most grateful and thankful that Chris was transparent and honest with us about all things that was found.
